The 2018 Velours Blanc is the first vintage of our white dessert wine made from two clones of estate Viognier. It is produced using the time-honored traditional methods used for red Port style wines, then aged in neutral French oak and stainless steel for six months. This process produces an amazing dessert wine with luscious texture and showcases the complex flavors and aromas that only Pebblestone Viognier can produce.
