Our 2019 Grenache Rosé was produced from fully ripe grapes that were crushed, then cold soaked for a few hours before pressing the juice off. The juice was then slowly cool-fermented in all stainless steel tanks for over two months and aged on the lees in tank for three more months. The resultant wine has beautiful aromas of strawberry and cherry with refreshing flavors of strawberry and citrus. The wine has great texture and a crisp finish and pairs well with many summer dishes.
