Our Sparkling Pinot Gris wine was especially tailored, beginning in the vineyard, to meet the desirable characteristics of a sparkling wine: a little lower alcohol, and a bit more acidity. It is a delightfully refreshing sparkling wine, with citrus and melon flavors, to have with Sunday brunch or any celebration.
The Meyer lemon, pear, white nectarine, and apple flavors blend together seamlessly, creating a symphony of flavors that dance on your palate.
