Our 2020 Albariño was crushed and pressed and then fermented in all stainless steel tanks. It was then allowed to age on the lees for five months and stirred every two weeks to enrich the mouthfeel. The resultant wine has intoxicating aromas of citrus and melon followed by complex spicy flavors of ginger and almond. This wine will pair well with salads, grilled chicken, and pork and is wonderful with rich seafood such as abalone, crab, shrimp and scallops.
