Our 2019 Viognier is a blend of the Geneva and the ’01 clones of Viognier, producing a highly aromatic wine with citrus and peach aromas. It is whole cluster pressed cool fermented, and aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks. This process produces a wine that is very well balanced with complex aromas and favors of citrus, apricot, peach and apple. It has a lush mouthfeel and a dry, crisp, lingering finish and pairs well with many seafoods and rich or spicy dishes.
