TASTING NOTES
2018 was a wonderful year for accentuating the aromatic aspects of Pebblestone Pinot Gris. This wine, while maintaining its approachability, is a medium bodied and lavish white. The nose yields unique notes of lychee, tarragon, heather, white grapefruit, and orange rind, creating a wonderful medley of summertime aromas. The palate is clean and crisp, with Japanese plum, apricot, and toasted marshmallow highlights and the crisp, mouth watering bite of acidity that punctuates the finish. Perfect on its own or paired with shrimp kebabs, scallops, or chicken marsala.
