This FridayJune 27th from 4:30 to 7:30 PM, we’re turning up the Southern charm at Pebblestone Cellars with an unforgettable evening of authentic Louisiana flavor, live music, and great wine on the outside deck and lawn. The weather promises to be beautiful with temperatures in the mid 80s. 

This isn’t just dinner — it’s a full-on experience.👨‍🍳 Featuring Chef Ralph Coppersmith, A long time Southern Oregon resident and Louisiana native with over 50 years of culinary boiling experience, Chef Ralph is bringing the bayou to Southern Oregon. Expect fresh, live crawfish flown in straight from Louisiana — seasoned, boiled, and served the traditional way.

Get your hands messy (and happy) with a classic Southern boil:

  • Crawfish, corn, potatoes, and andouille sausage
