After 18 Days of harvesting, tomorrow will be the last day as we bring in Cabernet Franc. All in all, the numbers look great on the chemistry of the grapes and is an indicator of some fantastic wines from 2026. Although we had hot weather during the ripening period from late july through August, the temperature swings from day to night were within the growing range of the vines and they ripened very efficiently. In other hot years with temperature spikes above 100 degrees, the grapes have shut down and we lost ripening time. Watch for a great vintage from the 2026 wines from our area!!
At the tasting room this weekend, we have another fantastic weekend lined up at Pebblestone Cellars, and we can’t wait to share it with you! We’re especially excited to welcome the Femme Fatale Duo this Friday for an evening of wonderful live music. Then, on Sunday, we’re thrilled to have Jen Ambrose and Jon Galfano of Ambrose & Galfano back at the winery for another electric performance! Their incredible musicianship and dynamic sound make for a memorable afternoon of music, wine, and good company.
The fun continues on Saturday with our monthly Uke Jam from 2–4 PM! Whether you play the ukulele or simply enjoy listening, everyone is welcome to join us inside the tasting room for an afternoon of music and community. Bring your uke, pull up a chair, or just come enjoy the tunes!
