Steady Heat + Ample Water = Great Vintages

The grape canopy is nearly finished with its grand growth stage as the vine shoots near the top wire of the trellis. With a full canopy, bloom is just around the corner. The steady cycles of heat and ample ground water have aided this important growth stage. And with the availability of ample irrigation water this year, we should be able to control the grape growth to the precise desired maturity and a great vintage.

The beautiful weather for grapes hits a peak (for this cycle) this Friday night with a high in the mid 90s. This may influence a shift to inside music for Friday but we will make that decision tomorrow.

Speaking about music, Pacifica will be returning for another great show on Friday Evening and Shine On will be back for a Sunday afternoon performance.

Also, this weekend don’t miss the last chance to pick up great medal winning wines before they are gone. Also, we will be again offering our sparkling wines for tasting and purchase.

Don’t forget that the Bear Creek Wine Trail Digital Passports are available on line at the BCWT web site: BearCreekWineTrail.com. Why not buy a couple for out-of-town visitors and enjoy the 12 local wineries on the trail over the next year for only $35! Details on the sidebar at right…

We hope to see you at Pebblestone tasting room with family and friends this weekend enjoying the wine, new releases, and pizza, and of course music.
