The weather forecast came true this past week as we had a good steady rain/snow storm hit the area for the last couple of days. It came at a critical time for agriculture in the Valley and for us as a vineyard. The reservoirs continue to fill as does the available ground water on our site. This water is so important to us as we look forward to bud break in about a month.
We have a great lineup of music this weekend at the tasting room. We will be entertained by the talented Carla Bauer on Friday night. On Sunday will be privileged to enjoy the debut of a new group of very talented musicians coming together to perform vintage jazz, R&B and other favorites. See the Events Calendar for more details. Although the weather in warming up, we will likely hold the music inside the Tasting Room hall through the end of the month.
On the wine front, we are introducing a couple of new vintages this week for your enjoyment and purchase. See more details on these wines here.
We hope to see you in the tasting room with family and friends this weekend enjoying the wine, music and the changing “winter/spring” landscape outside in the vineyard.
Our very best wishes to you all. We hope you will come visit us as we “weather through” the winter season. We have great wine, views, pizza, and great music to make your stop even better.
