In 2020, the rainfall during ripening and harvest was negligible, creating conditions conducive to producing a late harvest Pinot Gris. The fruit was harvested in late October at a sugar level of 27 degrees Brix, with berries that had begun to shrivel and dry. This exceptional fruit produced a dense and luxurious full-bodied wine with aromas of spiced plum and favors of nectarine, ginger, and citrus.
