The 2018 Harmonie represents the perfect marriage between two grapes originating in wine regions on opposite sides of France: Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Cabernet is known for its structure and ageability while Syrah is known for its luscious fruit and complexity, The resulting marriage of the grapes is a wine that can be drunk while still young but can also be laid down for many years. Harmonie exhibits many complex flavors and aromas including dark berry and plum. It is the perfect companion to steak, roast, lamb and wild game.
