Longtime friends\, they began this new chapter by playing local venues and concerts discovering the joy of sharing their music on a whole different level. \nDavid’s propulsive guitar\, welded with Phil’s harmonica chops\, provide a steady groove reminiscent of the 60’s Chicago style duets. The two on occasion will also employ a twin harp attack. Both David and Phil bring decades of vocal experience\, with David concentrating on his original compositions and Phil interpreting Blues and roots.

Skye has worked and performed with renowned artists such as Mignon Dunn\, Willene Gunn and Kristin Chenoweth. She was also a grand prize winner for The National Young Musicians Showcase Competition held by the National League of Performing Arts\, culminating in a solo performance at Carnegie Hall. \nAlbert Lee is a lifelong musician who is driven by the impetus to create as well as perform. Lee started piano at age six\, learned classical guitar at fourteen\, and is a veteran of numerous bands. \nLee completed a Bachelor’s in Music Composition and while at the university gained the prestigious title of Composer of the Year. Lee is credited with several studio albums and a solo album titled “The Fall… the Rise… the In Between” on Spotify\, and all other major streaming platforms. DESCRIPTION:California blues musician Bill Scholer is bringing his thoughtful and heartfelt brand of the blues to Oregon. A member of the Sacramento Blues Hall Of Fame\, Scholer now lives in Talent\, Oregon after working in Japan for the past eight years. There he was described as – “without a doubt one of the most notable and creative blues guitarists and songwriters in Japan…” Previously in the states\, Scholer and his band had opened shows for B.B. King\, John Lee Hooker\, Willie Dixon\, James Cotton\, J.J. Cale\, Leon Redbone\, The Ventures\, Elvin Bishop\, Paul Butterfield & Rick Danko (The Band)\, Charlie Musselwhite\, Mighty Joe Young\, Jeff Healy\, Zero with Steve Kimock\, Los Lobos\, The Chambers Brothers\, among others. \nBassist Todd Ragland is a native Oregonian. He studied jazz and classical music at Southern Oregon University. During this time\, he played with Venezuelan artist Irene Ferrera and jazz guitarist Herb Ellis. Later\, he settled in Tokyo where he worked as a bassist and composed soundtrack music. He played with The Steve Loza Latin Jazz Band and later with jazz guitarist Kenny Burrell. After returning to Portland\, he played Afro-Beat/Afro-Cuban music with the Ubuntu Project and Zimbabwean music with Loveness Wesa and the Bantus. Currently\, he lives in Ashland performing and composing music. \nThe pair will be playing a mix of standard and original Jazz and Blues numbers for your enjoyment.

The Group includes Linda Powers on jazz violin and vocals\, Margaret Reno on Vocals and percussion\, Tim Church on guitar\, and Steve Fain on upright bass. \nTheir songbook is crafted from a wide variety of tunes that have withstood the test of time and have brought joy for generations. DESCRIPTION:The Ukelele Jam is happening at Pebblestone again this Saturday. This jam is usually always well attended by 20 or more ukulele players strumming and singing through a number of popular songs. They are great to watch but you can also sing along while enjoying a glass or bottle of wine. \nDue the the forecast cold weather this weekend\, the Jam will be likely be held inside the tasting room hall.
