DESCRIPTION:The Ukelele Jam will be happening this Saturday on the outside deck. It is forecast to be a beautiful afternoon with temperatures in the mid 80s and a very low chance of rain. The Ukulele jam is usually always well attended by 20 or more ukulele players strumming and singing through a number of popular songs. They are great to watch but you can also sing along while enjoying a glass or bottle of wine. Local ukulele instructor Tish McFadden will again lead the jam. \nSongbooks are available. DESCRIPTION:Joshua Paul as born and raised in Southern Oregon began playing music at the age of four. Joshua graduated from college with a degree in chemistry\, and began a career in a cataract research lab at OHSU.  He then spent ten years teaching chemistry\, among other science subjects\, at a few high schools in the Rogue Valley. \nIn his mid-twenties he became a part of the “Use Your Gift Foundation\,” a generous organization that pays for the recording of an album for young up-and-coming songwriters/performers. \nSince then he has performing full time and has also recorded several songs with local producer Jeff Pevar\, as well as Bredice Studios in Los Angeles. Joshua performs a broad blend of Americana\, rock\, country\, and blues numbers at local wineries\, bars\, and retirement communities.

DESCRIPTION:The Ukelele Jam is happening at Pebblestone again this Saturday. and it might even be outside with the weather forecast to be 73 degrees and a 10% chance of rain. This jam is usually always well attended by 20 or more ukulele players strumming and singing through a number of popular songs. They are great to watch but you can also sing along while enjoying a glass or bottle of wine. Local ukulele instructor Tish McFadden will lead the jam.

DESCRIPTION:Michaela Skye has a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance from Southern Oregon University and a Master’s of Music from The University of Memphis. Skye has worked and performed with renowned artists such as Mignon Dunn\, Willene Gunn and Kristin Chenoweth. She was also a grand prize winner for The National Young Musicians Showcase Competition held by the National League of Performing Arts\, culminating in a solo performance at Carnegie Hall. \nAlbert Lee is a lifelong musician who is driven by the impetus to create as well as perform. Lee started piano at age six\, learned classical guitar at fourteen\, and is a veteran of numerous bands. \nLee completed a Bachelor’s in Music Composition and while at the university gained the prestigious title of Composer of the Year. Lee is credited with several studio albums and a solo album titled “The Fall… the Rise… the In Between” on Spotify\, and all other major streaming platforms. Lee has also completed several albums for other artists\, commercials and a TV pilot. \nSkye & Lee will preform musical selections from jazz standards\, popular music and bossa nova. \nDon’t Miss this great show – it will be an enjoyable afternoon!

DESCRIPTION:California blues musician Bill Scholer is bringing his thoughtful and heartfelt brand of the blues to Oregon. A member of the Sacramento Blues Hall Of Fame\, Scholer now lives in Talent\, Oregon after working in Japan for the past eight years. There he was described as – “without a doubt one of the most notable and creative blues guitarists and songwriters in Japan…” Previously in the states\, Scholer and his band had opened shows for B.B. King\, John Lee Hooker\, Willie Dixon\, James Cotton\, J.J. Cale\, Leon Redbone\, The Ventures\, Elvin Bishop\, Paul Butterfield & Rick Danko (The Band)\, Charlie Musselwhite\, Mighty Joe Young\, Jeff Healy\, Zero with Steve Kimock\, Los Lobos\, The Chambers Brothers\, among others. \nBassist Todd Ragland is a native Oregonian. He studied jazz and classical music at Southern Oregon University. During this time\, he played with Venezuelan artist Irene Ferrera and jazz guitarist Herb Ellis. Later\, he settled in Tokyo where he worked as a bassist and composed soundtrack music. He played with The Steve Loza Latin Jazz Band and later with jazz guitarist Kenny Burrell. After returning to Portland\, he played Afro-Beat/Afro-Cuban music with the Ubuntu Project and Zimbabwean music with Loveness Wesa and the Bantus. Currently\, he lives in Ashland performing and composing music. \nThe pair will be playing a mix of standard and original Jazz and Blues numbers for your enjoyment.
